Day to day, the manufacturer Volfer enjoys his lavish lifestyle. But waking up after another party, he finds out about the October Revolution. It deprives the manufacturer of his life of luxury. Volfer’s mansion, jewellery and excess of clothes are seized. Finally, the manufacturer ends up street sweeping. He escapes to Paris where he barely finds a job in a tent circus.
